MY STORY

Hi, I’m Caroline Caccioppoli,  a pasta-obsessed mother-of-three, exploring my Italian heritage the tastiest way possible.  I mean let’s be honest, you don’t get a name like Caccioppoli without having pasta in your blood right? 

It all started when I was trying to find new and tasty ways to get my children to eat more veggies.  Kids love pasta, so I looked for ways to combine the nutrition and fantastic colours that vegetables possess into my handmade pasta’s.  The result?  Mamma’s Amore!  A few years later, what was a family secret is now available to you.

I get huge joy from handcrafting pasta that’s dreamy to cook and even better to eat. Plus I use only Gluten-Free flour, and no eggs, so my pasta is Gluten-Free AND Vegan!! The gorgeous colours are naturally derived entirely from fresh veges.
