How is your pasta vegan?

I don’t use egg to bind the dry ingredients, instead the moisture from the vegetable pulp serves as the all-important binding agent.

Are you Gluten-Free enough to be Coeliac Approved?

Yes indeed! Every one of my pasta’s is independently certified by Coeliac NZ.

How does the pasta get its amazing colour?

I use only fresh vegetables and herbs in my pasta and it’s simply their natural colours that makes each one of my pastas look so amazing.

Do you make fresh and dry pasta?

Yes I do. While the dry pasta is available on this site for sale, I am always really happy to create fresh pasta in any style - all you need to do is email me with your request and let’s see what we can do!

Do you eat lots of your own pasta?
