HERE’S HOW TO COOK
Bring a 2/3rds full saucepan of water to a rolling boil, sprinkle in 1tsp salt then add your pasta
Cook as per packet instructions then test one or two pieces to check if its to your al-dente preference
THEN RINSE IN HOT WATER
This locks in the colour and freshens the pasta, making it ready to toss with olive oil, sauce or seasoning - ENJOY!
